It’s a brand new year! The gym can be an intimidating place. There are so many unspoken rules, unfamiliar machines, and hard-to-navigate areas. But you’re not alone in your uneasiness—everyone feels a little uncertain when entering uncharted territory. That said, the best remedy for your pre-gym anxiety is to get yourself comfortable before heading in.
